Edinburg Classical Academy

The school is an awesome school, great teachers and excellent staff, the only thing I don't like is the food that the students have at lunch time and the cold snacks.

I heard good things about this school when I registered my daughter.. Just came to find out they play the favoritism game too.... They are so quick at calling if my daughter does something at school.... It's been 2 weeks already and I haven't gotten a call about my daughter been bullied by another student which that occurred 2 weeks ago.. I had spoken to Ms. Gomez first cause Alaniz was out... Gomez said she would let Alaniz know.. I never received a call of any kind of interest in this matter... Last Thursday I went wanting to know status on this situation, I came to find out Alaniz wasn't even aware of what happened... After. I spoke with Alaniz she concluded she would take care of situation and I told Alaniz that I would appreciate a call in regards to this matter... A week has gone by and no call yet.... Yesterday I picked up daughter and I was addressed to pick up daughter at certain time. I then told Gomez Its been 2 weeks and I haven't received any calls from the situation with my daughter.. She wasn't aware of anything.... So by now I understand ALL STUDENTS AREN'T TREATED EQUALLY.. They have their FAVORITE STUDENTS!! This morning my daughter got suspended cause another parent went in complaining.... Same thing happened months back. My daughter got suspended and the other child was admitted at school the following day.. The student kept bullying and making fun of my daughter cause she wasn't a suspended and my daughter was. Same thing happened again..... How Can A Student Feel Safe To Go And Speak To The Staff If They Are Seeing Themselves Not All Students Are Treated EQUALLY!!! So Now I Wonder, What kind of school Do I have my daughter in!nnVery Disappointed!!

Hoi I loaf this school I have been here for 6 or 7 years.I totally recommend.
