Terrible service is when you stand 5 minutes inside the store and no one asks you how they can assist you. Everyone working there is minding their business and none of them care about the customers that are inside the store. Not even the managers make an effort to greet the customers that walk in and make sure they're taken care of. The food is good but the service is sub par.

I've only had two instances where the food given was incorrect to my order, small stuff. Other than that no incidents with my order but the Drive thru Line can really get frustrating.nnI've seen customers deeper in the line get their food first, yet cannot leave due to the vehicles in front blocking the way.nnIf I order food from the app, I still have to wait through the long line to get it, I understand if Dine In isn't open but curbside would be very helpful for those who have ordered food prior and don't want to wait on the long line.nI don't know if it's a thing now but it wasn't last time I used the app.

Worst customer service. We requested 4 burgers, two were combos the other 2 just-a-burger. We received our order repeated to us as ordered but when we checked the bag 2 burgers were missing. We alerted the employee. She called her supervisor, he came out and informed us we were wrong and he had placed all 4 burgers in the bag. Incorrect we said. After about 10+ mins of waiting with 2 cars behind us we received our order. No thank you or you’re welcome said back to us. It’s as if the employee felt we rob him when in actuality he had rob us. Disappointed with the service by this person.

Great restaurant with amazing food. I recommend the pattymelt or the Dr. Pepper shake. Expect a long line though

Very fast from what I experienced. Food has been good. Always love a good Whataburger.
