I'm so upset I ordered a footlong buffalo chicken around 9:09 p.m. November 23rd. When I got home bit into half of the sandwich the chicken itself was frozen. I went back and got a refund but what I'm more upset about is I could have gotten sick over a $9 sub for frozen chicken because workers want to go home and don't care about customers. I've been there myself I've always wanted to go home right when closing is coming up but it doesn't mean I'm going to neglect my job just because I want to go home jeopardizing other people's health. this has by far been the worst subway I've always encountered out of multiple locations here in Edinburg I don't recommend this Subway at all to anybody unless you want to get sick.

It was remodeled looks great they actually should’ve remodeled the manager lady very rude when I asked her to intervene in another customer having their phone super loud watching a video ...she refused to even go and tell her if she could lower it said she could do nothing about it...Her solution was to move somewhere else which I found rather odd but OK I voiced concern it to her director hopefully they’ll correct the situation maybe wait to eat there go next-door to the echo they have a nice salad buffet.

They open at 9. It was 9:25 already, lady didn’t answer in the drive thru, so we went to the front & the door was locked & she looked at us and ignored us. Very rude. It was some lady with puffy curly hair.

Got one star cuz half wasn't available. Manager bery rude. Was only customer and she still messed up order. Called her on phone. And was even more rude. Will never stop by this one again.

We got our sandwiches in a timely manner and when my daughter needed her sandwich cut more they had no issue doing so. Wish the tables were a bit larger but great service.
