Quick and reasonable service. No issues with any miscommunication regarding clothing exactly what paid for. Staff was courteous friendly and everything was completed on time

Edited from three to one stars.nnOriginal three star review: They supposedly have a 20% discount for first time visitors posted on the wall, but when I asked for the discount picking up my clothes she told me it was for pre-paid only. There's no good reason for that to be the policy, and the sign did not specify that to be the case, nor did anyone explain that to me when I dropped my clothes off. Maybe she thought I was lying, but she could have checked the records on the computer. Clothes came out fine, but I'm disappointed with the experience. Don't post promotions you aren't willing to validate. I'll go somewhere else next time.nnEDIT: My husband just tried on his suit coat for the first time since getting it back, and surprise! It's still dirty. I am starting to wonder if they even tried to clean it. Really upsetting.

Took my black Burberry shirt to dry clean and while there the manager gave me a lecture on what day cleaning was as apposed to ironing and I agreed that it was the reason I was having my shirt dry cleaned. A couple days later when I was out of town I had my Burberry shirt out and realized that the shirt had been washed and ironed creating a glazed gray finish on my expensive shirt. Since it was the only one I had on my trip I wore it. Once I came back th McAllen I took back the shirt and lo an bohl the same girl with the lecture was there but then she took out her excuse book and scolded me for wearing it and not taking it back with the tags and all. I think her name is Kenya. Anyway long story short, horrible experience and I lost a 250 shirt..
