They do not charge what they quote you. Make sure you request the costs before they start the job, upon arrival or get a written quote up front. They never showed up for the original 10:30AM appointment the day we scheduled and I didn’t receive a phone call from anyone until 6:15 that night after waiting around all day. They did show the next day, late, after I insisted I was not rescheduling. Communication and organization in the office is terrible. Would not recommend and will never use this company again.
There in no better service found for large area rugs. They pick up and deliver. Your rug will look new! I have two dogs and a puppy. I also live in the country and bring the outside in. The have a huge vat they put the rugs in to wash. They have the knowledge to care for any rug. There are many other cleaning services they offer and I hope to be able to try them soon.

I booked a date for today , Friday (01-03-2020) at noon. I changed my schedule for this service date. I got up early, moved furniture , vaccumed, dusted, etc. They were a no-show or call. I called them and was informed that 2 of their employees called in sick, but they could get me next week. No thanks.
