Aaron Rogers was my tech from 1st call and he was excellent. Very thorough and professional. They got everything taken care of and left the job site clean and prepped for the next phase of the plumbing repair. My plumber highly recommended 1st Call and I’m glad he did. It was worth the wait with everyone else with damage from the Big 2021 Freeze.
Aaron and Rosie did a great job on our lakehouse following a busted pipe from the great Texas Freeze of 2021. Aaron was on point for the remediation work and Rosie was on point for packing up our belongings. Both kept me closely updated throughout the process.nnAaron and Rosie took tons of pictures, which has made things very easy to work with the insurance company. My insurance adjuster was very complimentary of Aaron's diligence. My contractor was very impressed with Aaron's attention to detail!nnThe contents adjuster was very impressed with Rosie's pictures and with her logging of damaged contents.nnI hope you never have to call them, but if you do ever need their services, 1st Call, Aaron, and Rosie are the best!
Aaron Rogers and his team were very kind and went out of their way to make this process easiest on us. They had to check their equipment and the walls every day to ensure everything was drying correctly. This is a task that can get old quickly when having to enter someones home daily...these guys were always very professional and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I will use them again if I ever have this happen to us again and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
