I've had my hair cut 2 times from this business. First time they overbooked me and had to come back, when I came back the stylist I was booked with didnt have time so the owner cut my hair. I felt like a guinea pig since she was trying to teach while cutting my hair. She didn't even ask me if I was comfortable with that.nToday I rescheduled my entire day to take a vacation day to have my hair highlighted by Josh. I show up this morning to find he overbooked in my time slot. Then acted like it was my fault. I was insulted and disappointed he was blamed me for his negligence. I even showed him the text messages he sent me confirming my appointment. I left the salon in tears. I've never been treated so poorly.

Terrible experience and not enough room here to tell about it. I have called 4 times to speak to a manager and they hang up on me before I can say a word. Would not even be able to make an appointment because they hang up on you literally.
Love it. Super friendly. Fantastic job..couldn't be more pleased
