By far the Best Jersey Mikes I have ever visited in TX and NJ. Super clean, Super nice staff, fast service, great sandwiches and most bang for your buck in the Sandwich business. Ice tea is perfectly brewed and I would highly recommend this “Sub shop” to anyone. Management is kind, sincere in taking care if customers and the guy making sandwiches is passionate about his job as is every body. Truly wish More business’s cared about customer satisfaction like the staff at this establishment
I've been going to this Jersey Mike's for a few years now and I've always been met with friendly workers who are quick to help me out every time I go. Even on their busier days when I've gone they are always on top of their game, even if it means waiting a little bit. Paige has always done her best to take care of me and her customers.
I feel like you guys need to step up, especially with firehouse subs across the street(which i now believe have better quality sandwiches )
Do not order online. They use postmates who will double charge you at different locations and then refuse to refund you for their mistake. They will be absolutely useless if you call them and try to get a refund from them even though it's their online site you're using to order. I used to eat at this place maybe once a month but now I'll be going to firehouse or subway more often.
Food is decent but terrible service. Ordered food 20 minutes earlier, notified it was ready, and they didn’t start making until I arrived. Not convenient when arranging food for small kids.
