Definitely better than the HEB gas station car wash! I just returned from the coast and was in need of a good wash to clean up my truck. Quick and easy. I do wish they had more detailing options but in the midst of covid I wasn't too bothered.

Great place, quick and reliable. After your wash there is vacuums to use, they have so many of them that I have never had to wait to use them, even on their busiest days. I love that they supply towels for everyone to use. They also have compressed air sprayers, this is extremely useful if you want to deeply clean out dust and hard to reach places. I have their monthly membership and it’s definitely worth it considering I come at least twice a week. Always nice to know that you can have a clean car whenever you want with the membership. Staff is always attentive if you need anything.

All the staff are true team players at the highest professional level. The customer service provided was above and beyond the call of duty. Water Works Auto Spa located in Kyle, Texas is an awesome spa to have your auto professionally washed or detailed for a low extra cost.nThe auto packages are designed to fit the customer's budget and needs. They also have a low monthly plans based on the package you choose. These are items available to top off your vehicle after driving through the spa, towels to dry or wipe inside your vehicle, window cleaner, air freshener, and free vacuuming.nPlease let them know if you experience any problem after your vehicle has washed they will fix it. This is how a company problems are fixed when the customer's addresses the issue to management. This simply build's trust and helps improve the customers auto spa experience.nThis is the only spa I drive through for my car care needs, trust me you want be disappointed.

Y’all! Get you a monthly membership to this place! Unlimited washes, great vacuums and air hoses, a free carpet floor mat cleaning machine, and they even let you use some of their products like air fresheners and window cleaner. Their staff is always willing to answer questions and the customer service is great! An employee, Rich, has been helpful more than a few times which has me wanting to share my experiences in a review. There was no hassle to get a new sticker when my windshield was replaced, and he took the time to discuss the facility in depth so I’m getting the wash I expect and bang for my buck. He let me know that on days when I don’t have the time or energy to clean the inside myself, the staff will do it for me at a minimal additional cost paid at the kiosk. An UNLIMITED WASH monthly membership is the way to go!

Always a great experience. Staff always quick to help and they offer free clean, damp towels, glass cleaner, air freshener, mat cleaners (you have to try those!) & free vacuum cleaners. Detail services are amazing and well worth the money. I never go anywhere else!
