There is an entrance fee. Now $4 may.not be a lot, but it is.when you have no idea you have to pay.
Nice place to spend an hour or so if you have time. History of the house and owners is very interesting. We went first thing Sunday AM and had the house to ourselves. Our guide was very knowledgeable and really enjoyed listening to her speak about the house.
