Going way downhill. I do not plan to eat here again.nOkay, so I ate here again. They keep 2 stars dispute the food being back in line with what I expect from Cici's.nThere were at least 3 employees hanging out in the back not even trying to show an effort. I had to clean my own table! At least the 1 employee that was doing all the work was friendly.
This location usually has pretty good pizza it's usually hot fresh and ready and as always they will make you your own personal Pizza on demand well you guys know what I mean your flavor that you want
This was not the place to get my oil changed . They didn't put new oil in my crankshaft so when i was driving down I-20 i blew a piston rod and my pistons are wielded together. I would not recommend.
Total disappointment!!! Went in during the dinner time frame. The price for the buffet is more expensive than dallas locations!!! What nonsense!!!!! Also, there was no variety on the buffet! Maybe one pizza up at a time. Also the desserts were rock hard, we told the person cleaning the tables, but he could care less. Pizza was bland. I wouldn't expect anything less from Marshall, TX. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
They are back to normal operation, food still very good but could do something about there music selections
