I got double charged for a monthly service and couldn’t for the life of me get ahold of the manager. I had 3 receptionists confirmed I got double charged yet didn’t get refunded for the service. Fine. Came in for a refill for the same service and same style lash I had before and was told to pay $25 extra today even though I had fill credits on my account. When asked why- she said because I got more volume. When I told her I wasn’t charged the last time the receptionist said “well I’m not sure who checked you out but it’s $25 today” no explanation. I cancelled my membership. It’s just not worth the headache. They’re very disorganized
I absolutely loved Sierra, she was so nice and did the exact style I wanted on my lashes! Amazing lash is such a positive clean environment. They always have me feel amazing after!
I had an AMAZING experience at the Kyle location with Ryan! I was happy with the price and the outcome of the lashes that I selected. I highly recommend this shop as it is clean, inviting and convenient. And as for the work of the technician it was above what I would've expected!
I had the pleasure of having my lashes done by Kimberly and I LOVE them ud83dudc95 She definitely helped give me the confidence I needed to walk out of the door with little to no makeup and still feel like a million bucks ud83eudd70. I would definitely recommend booking with her for all your lash needs! You won’t be disappointed!
Got my lashes done with Kayla & she did such an amazing job, I love my lashes! The lash consultants are also very helpful & knowledgeable. Love it here!
