When I walked in, the girl at the desk was very unprofessional. She did not greet me, instead rolled her eyes and appeared to not want to help me. Then she double charged me for 1 article. When I returned for it, I had to bring someone she knew with me so that she would charge me the correct price. When I got back to my office, I looked my corset over and realized that it was not even cleaned!! Not only were they unprofessional with customer service, but they didn't even perform the service I paid for! I highly recommend going somewhere else...
I've used other dry cleaners before. This is by far the best place I've ever used. The prices are fair and if I ever have a problem with a garment they take care of it. I've been a regular here for over a year now and will keep coming back. I've met the owners and they are just nice people that care about their business.
Quick and affordable clothes were perfect
I walked in. Was not greeted. The lady was very rude and seemed annoyed to have to get up and do her job. She just had a bad attitude. I searched elsewhere and found that the prices at this establishment were 3 times higher than other places that offer drive through services and a positive attitude. I was not pleased with this place that used to hold such a high regard.
