Service is always really great here, and the food always seems fresh. Oddly, the soda is the best part. I occasionally come here just for the soda because it's never flat. To be honest though, I've always found their chicken undercooked and it is my least favorite part. The toast, fries, soda, and sauce are, ironically, the stars of the show at a joint known for its chicken.
I would always eat at the original location in Lafayette, Louisiana and loved it! Was super excited that they finally expanded to Texas but they don't have the same quality or fresh taste like at the Louisiana locations. This location in Texas comes the closest and I've eaten at every single one in this state. This location is friendly, prepares my order fresh, fast, and correct. I would not recommend eating at the other locations in Houston besides this one.
Food is always fresh, friendly and fast service. I’m disappointed and knocking off 2 stars because the chicken fingers are very small in size at this particular location compared to others. I had the box combo and upgraded to a large drink and I’m still hungry. The chicken fingers are smaller than Whataburger or Popeyes. Before you leave the drive-thru check your fingers and make sure your satisfied before leaving. Hey Cane’s - one love, if the fingers are smaller than normal portion then throw in an extra to make right from wrong.
Rausing canes is always the best. It costs more than others, but totally worth it. Great quality chicken, and nice staff.
Great service great food. They are pretty fast at this location and I like the fact its easy access to the freeway and easy access in to canes from Shepherd and Durham!! Great job Cane's...thank you for great fresh strips and fast service!!!
