Unresponsive. I really wanted to buy some cabinets from them but after 3 attempts, they NEVER provided any information like they promised. Completely left me hanging. Specifically, AJ Bogs. I am not exactly sure how much the cabinets would cost because they never called back but I imagine I was gonna spend anywhere from $10-20k maybe. I was trying to purchase 3-5 cabinets and might have bought some countertops if the the had some good options and service. I will never know though. But they are awful!!! Must only want to with contractors and builders or something. I just have to share my experience and take my pennies somewhere else to help with my home renovations.
My husband and our contractor visited this store at around 1:44pm with every intention on purchasing a faucet I feel in love with, however, we were completely dismissed and ignored... this is what happens when you gentrify a 100 year old neighborhood! You have businesses that think because I don't pull up in a Tesla; I'm not wealthy or worthy of assistance.... not to mention the contractor is a Millionaire from Cuba!! You missed this one!! I will make to you let my colleagues know this is not a culturally competent place to shop in DIVERSE HOUSTON ud83dudc4eud83cudffd
The talented people at Elegant Additions always find exactly what I’m hoping for! They have the best selection of knobs and drawer pulls anywhere and there’s no better place to get design ideas. So happy I know about this place!!
Our residential construction company has been working with Elegant Additions (we just call them Elegant!) for many years, always with excellent results. As the showroom attests, this a company with a sophisticated aesthetic and a great depth of knowledge about their products. They are thorough and reliable to boot. We highly recommend them.
As an architect and designer, plumbing fixtures are probably the single most critical component to my designs. Elegant Additions offers me high design, state of the art, and just plain cool options that I can't find anywhere else.
