I'm sorry but the service here it's just not great at all. I was questioning myself about coming to this hair salon I even thought about not walking in but I really needed a haircut. The lady that cut my hair was very nice but inexperienced. This was my second time coming to a great clips and just like the first time they butchered my hair. I thought about giving them a second chance by coming in today but again I regret going to this Great Clips. I explained the lady that cut my hair in detail how I wanted and still my hair looks like a hot mess I am never going back there I do not recommend this place unless you want to have an ugly haircut. They need more experience and to listen better.
