I give this apartment complex a five mainly because of safety. You don’t always hear about crimes or cops coming back and forth. No strange people walking around making noises, it’s quiet and I like that. There’s also so much grass area and a doggie park, as a resident that’s lovely to just take a walk to relieve stress and have a nice view. I would insist though that they upgrade their kitchen equipment though, and make their inside walls off white instead of a creamy white. Other than that, It’s a lovely place! Maintenance and office staff are also super friendly and actually listen to their residents, unlike some complexes that that take forever for a simple request.

These apartments are great. The staff and environment are awesome too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to live.

I have lived here for 2 years and I love it! The staff is friendly and always helpful and The dog park is a huge bonus!!

I lived in apartment complex for several years and can say that it is conveniently placed near San Jacinto College, local restaurants, and other businesses in the area. It is small, quiet, and has a nice dog park.
