This place has been my home for the past 5 years! I moved into these apartments as an OG, meaning I was one of the first residents when Crenshaw Grand opened their doors. I have seen changes over the years, but the management and maintenance staff (Valient) has always gone above and beyond! The staff have been there for years, so you don’t have to deal with turnover in management. Grounds are kept clean and it is a very safe community. The residents are good, hard working people who have families.nnPros: Did not flood or lose power during Harvey. Close to everything - shopping, HEB, banks, schools. Safe - haven’t heard of any crime since I’ve been here. Clean - Maintenance is on top of their stuff and work orders are completed the same day. No issues with parking availability.nnCons: Noise can be a problem from neighbors. Management has been great dealing with this. If you’re sensitive to noise though, I recommend 3rd floor.nnI’m having to move on, but I’ll miss this place. I recommend Crenshaw Grand 100%.

Last week my fiancé and I booked a tour, and immediately when entering him and I felt very welcomed. The front staff greeted us with very opened arms. We asked several questions regarding the process and complex, the young lady , Monse, answered all without hesitation. Him and I plan on moving in very soon, it looks very peaceful and not to mention CLEAN! :DnnDefinitely recommending this location to family and friends, thank you front staff!

We had a horrible experience today with T’Neja and the Manager Savannah at the office. I applied for a storage Monday Nov. 16 and confirmed with the office and they said they would have it ready by Saturday. I got help from family from out of town who had trucks to help us move our stuff. When we get there I’m told that our storage is not ready due to a maintenance issue that they were aware about the day before on Friday BEFORE they closed. I did not receive a call nor email to inform me. No one really cared and we are still waiting for something to be done. The manager Savannah wanted nothing to do with us because she doesn’t work weekends so residents are not her concern on the weekends and couldn’t even give us a couple of minutes of her time. We had to find an alternative and nothing was done, we just waited and we’re made to feel like we don’t really matter. We pay our rent on time and early sometimes and I always make sure I pay the correct amount even when it’s not correct on the website, we keep the outside of our apartment clean, we pick up after our dogs WHICH A LOT OF PEOPLE DO NOT DO, there’s been dog poop and trash on the sidewalks for days. I’ve stepped in dog poop more than once. Everyone failed in this situation, the maintenance for waiting last minute, the office for not informing me and the manager for ignoring us. We are good people, we are good residents. I’m not confrontational, and I try to be understanding but this was a really bad experience. My husband and I have struggled so much like many others this year and last year, and to be treated like this really sucked, I hope something is actually done, but we’ll just have to wait till Monday like we were told. My original impression of the apartments and how they’re run has changed and I genuinely hope the management doesn’t start being mean or rude to us due to an issue that was their fault.

Lived here for a year. The ladies in the office have been 9/10 helpful with everything we needed. Initially when we first moved in the community was quiet, clean. The maintenance men are very friendly and work fast. They work hard to keep the community clean. Only bad thing is some residents don't pick up their dog poop, they litter, smoke buds everywhere. We lived in building 8 and constantly got the smell of weed from other residents. Also had to put up with loud music in the late hours. Free internet and cable is offered, but save yourself the trouble and just get your own service.

If you are looking for a nice place to live in Pasadena then I highly recommend Crenshaw Grand Apartments. Savanna and Jasibe in the office are always really friendly and professional when I go in and the property is always clean.
