As others have said, don't waste your time trying to file a report. All they care about is eating donuts and catching speeders. They don't care to Protect and Serve.

I was extremely amazed how officer Marty Hoffman assisted us by resolving our casenI think Houston would be so much safer if the police department would do as little as 10% of how pasadena PD would react on any crime.nAgain we would like to thank officer Hoffman and investigator Anderson for the hard work and excellent job.

Every time I’ve gotten arrested they were really nice to me. I’ve been here like 5 times and I’ve never had a meal. I always get thrown in the drunk tank and then head to Harris county. These guys are great and professional. 5/5 would get arrested again.

By far the worst Community of Pasadena customer service I have ever experienced.nNo one cares to returns phone calls, follow up on voicemails and no ones able to confirm any updates. It seems not everyone follows proper procedure when reporting major accidents.
