Everyone at Maddox Plumbing Services is very responsive and observant. When Jose arrived I recognized him immediately I was glad to see a responsive and professional person sauce at your door. My sink was fixed within minutes and Jose was cordial to my family and me. He went over new pluming options for the home and was educated in the options. His customer service is above and beyond and we appreciate his time and skill. Thumbs up!
I had a nice experience working with Maddox Plumbing Services. For one thing, it was convenient to get same day service. The tech was awesome and prompt, thorough in checking his work at each stage, and ready to give tutorial information about homeowner maintenance. 5 star service.
Maddox Plumbing Services are great. I had another plumber from another company come out to address a flooded basement. He completely botched the job and didn't even address the root of the problem. The technician from this company showed up and immediately diagnosed the issue, and solved it within a couple hours. He was very polite, friendly, and clear in explaining what happened and how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely use them again.
Our water heater went out the same morning we were scheduled to start showing our house for sale. The plumber showed up on time, very friendly and polite, explained everything to me in a way that made sense to the layperson, and got the work done quickly. Maddox Plumbing Services is awesome.
We have used Maddox Plumbing Services several times over the past year and have been extremely satisfied with their quality of work and materials, pricing, and level of service provided. The owner won us over as customers when he was able to fix a leaking shower drain that another local plumber had been out twice to repair. Since then Maddox Plumbing Services has addressed a few plumbing emergencies for us and installed various upgrades to our aging builder grade equipment. Friendly, honest, very easy to work with, and they warranty their work. Highly recommended!
