Great people spent a hole day trying to find a hard to find fitting. They had it good guys...
Jan 2021nAs promised I called Modern Plumbing again to have a water heater replaced. The quote was the best I received and the next day it was replaced. Junior & Irving did a tremendous job removing the old one and installing the new water heater. They were communicative and followed all safety guidelines including masks and sanitizing area afterwards. And that is why I will chose Modern Plumbing again!nnHad a late in the day need to replace a pinhole leak in a water line in a closet. Called Modern and they answered the phone and had two professionals out to the house within the hour. Konnor & Chris took their time to fix the leak correctly while limiting wall cuts as much as possible. After hearing of their history it's great to hear the success of a 4th generation business and the desire to keep the Business going and name respected. Will call them again for any plumbing need.
Above and beyond... Discovered a leak on our main supply pipe on a Saturday morning. They were here within 4 hours and had the problem fixed promptly. Prevented us from having to go multiple days without water.
The folks were patient, and extremely helpful, especially considering the volume of customers that were there because of the freeze and broken pipes everyone here had. They did an amazing job.
Super nice people. They were very helpful. They didnt have the part for my discontinued model, but they had great advice on how to fix my problem. Highly recommend this store for parts and advice.
