Needed a new water tank and heater. Not only did these guys offer the lowest bid of anyone in town, but they were extremely knowledgeable and professional about explaining everything they would be doing and what I needed to know as a homeowner. Had a minor issue with a broken part after install, and they were available to fix it immediately, without hassle or extra charge. Even the city inspector that checked the install was highly complimentary of their work and history in the area!
