I had a bad experience here today when I went in for lunch. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with a line behind me, when someone finally yelled out from the kitchen that if we wanted to place an order, we are required to use the kiosk. As I prefer an employee to take my order, I was shocked to find this is a requirement and not an option. I will not return because of this.nnAdded to edit, that even after calling and leaving messages for the manager and this review, this store has never attempted to reach out to me.
Went to get some grub and ended up leaving without ordering any thing because the guy that was taking our order never came back on to take our order so we left. When we passed the window he was just standing there looking at his phone. How rude!
Great regular tacos. Bean burritos were good with fresh beans. But I was disappointed, they no longer carry green sauce you can substitute for the red hot sauce they use. I have always ordered my bean burritos with green hot sauce. Times change and I will adopt; maybe....LOL
We were there for little while with grandchildren and they couldn't have been nicer and very patient food great and clean restrooms
I know it was crazy cause the weather but it's the second time in two weeks that I go there and my crunchy tacos wer so broken liked like they wrapped some chips meat n cheese in a wrapper chalupa was hard again gotta start going to a different location but it's 2-1/2 miles further
