Being an uneducated consumer of how to care for our specific upholstery sofa, we called Madsen Dry cleaning to understand more about the stain that we were seeing on our couch. After we spoke. we have never been so happy with the customer service that they provided us. They let us know the stain we were seeing was a specific stain that they would not be able to clean. Instead of having us come in and take our money, they were kind and honest and let us know how we could take care of the stain on our sofa ourselves or through a professional reference. We couldn't be more happy with the answer we got and are happy to say the stain is gone and our sofa looks as good as new with the advice they gave us. This type of service will keep me coming to Madsen Dry Cleaning for all our dry cleaning needs.
They did a great job. My only complaint is that it took nearly a week to do a single blanket. Very friendly! Would recommend.

I need to give Madsen Dry Cleaning some recognition. I took two jackets of my wife’s in for cleaning. We accidentally left a decent amount of cash in one of the pockets. I would never have known if they had simply kept the cash. We had forgotten about it long ago. But they returned it to us in an envelope when I picked up the jackets. So great to find honest people in the world. They do good work as well and we’ve used them for a long time.
By the way, I offered to let them keep half of the cash for their honesty, but they wouldn’t take it. Thank you for everything!
Amazing service. This is by far the best dry cleaner in town.
