This place is great for men’s pants alterations. I’ve taken countless things in and they have always done an awesome job. Marsha and Sara in particular have always been helpful and ready to fix anything I bring in. If you ever get anything back that doesn’t fit right, it’s probably because you didn’t know exactly what you wanted in the first place.

You get what you pay for. Low prices but low quality. Had three custom shirts ruined beyond repair (looked like they were bleached). BYU paid to replace them but still a major hassle and they were custom shirts from overseas. Ultimately not bad for poor college students but I wouldn’t take something I really cared about there.
Not ONE laundry machine in the whole place. I walked here with 7 bags of laundry from my apt on 13th and i show up and there was NO place to do my laundry. So I just dumped out my clothes on the desk and left.
Be extra cautious!
Took my wedding dress here to be cleaned, it got put back in the dirty bag so it was black on bottom. During the second cleaning to get the black out they "lost/threw away" my $300 sash and $100 veil. After ignoring me for weeks while they "looked" for it I eventually went in and the manager said he'd most likely thrown it away but would "work something out". That something was a measly $100 refund. That hardly covers the cleaning cost, not to mention the huge detriment of losing the sentimental value of those items that I was saving for my daughter's wedding.
They were generally polite, but the manager I spoke with never apologized once for losing my precious things. I'm devastated. They wouldn't be able to replace the loss, I know that, but the least they could do was apologize and even offer the whole dollar value. DON’T BRING VALUABLES TO BE CLEANED HERE. Learn from my mistakes!
