No gloves no mask for paint
The customer servicewas great
Always awesome staff, products and deals. Gets busy on Saturdays and afternoons. Always worth it though. Went ahead and joined their club too.
Does this place have what you need? Yes. Will you find it in under 5 minutes? Hell no. The layout of this place is absolute trash, and the signs they have under each aisle are even worse. The workers are nice, when you can find them. There's usually only like 2 or 3 people max in the building when there's 4 cashier boxes.
Literally counted 4 people without a mask! Clearly states at the entrance of the store that masks are required! When I asked the cashier about the policy, she stated that Harbor Freight doesn’t allow employees to say anything to customers, only employees are told to wear them?? When I said it was a city ordinance, she then said they can ask customers to put them on but couldn’t force them too?? I then said, or you can ask them to leave the store since it’s clearly identified at the entrance. So I then get a third answer, that they have done that in the past?? But obviously not today!! I guess it just depends on the day of the week you shop here?? Good luck and if you don’t care about getting sick or getting anyone else sick, definitely shop here! Good luck!
