We hired BearCom on a trial basis for janitorial services a few years ago and were so impressed with their services we went under contract with them in just a few weeks later. We have never regretted the decision of not having a custodian on staff, at our facility, because BearCom takes care of that role and so much more. The staff is super easy to work with and always makes sure we are happy with the quality of service we are receiving. Our company, of several offices, has been with BEARCOM Building Services for several years. I'm known for being a bit particular about clean. Jesus our Bearcom representative hasn't let me down he does a fantastic job. If ever anything is missed, which is seldom, he quickly responds and takes care of it. A great company to work with.
I have used BearCom Cleaning Services since 2003 for the two commercial buildings that I manage.
They have been super in all respects, the owner of the buildings is very adamant about the cleanliness of his buildings and BearCom has always been up to his standards. If there is ever a problem about any part of the cleaning(which is rarely), Joseph and Casey have always been on top of it immediately and it is taken care of within 24 hours. I get cold calls almost weekly from other cleaning services after my business and I don't even get a quote from them because Bearcom's pricing and superior service is the best!!
