Friendly, clean and easy to get an appointment. Disappointed in my lashes tho. Since I was a first time customer, they recommended getting the special they offer for first timers.. I was like sure why not.. they were okay, I had to get them redone after the second day and they just looked like spider legs. No volume or anything but my eyes popped at least. I wish they would of explained the styles and stuff more, I would of had no problem paying extra for a nice full thick set- spider legs don’t look good on the eyes. But you live and you learn. They only lasted 2 weeks which sucked too. Overall I give them a 3, next time if I go back and my lashes stay longer and are better I will update my review.
Today was supposed to be my first time ever getting my lashes. I had previously had to re schedule due to having Covid so I was finally able to come get my lashes and when I got to the location they told me that the tech was behind and they were going to re schedule me. I was so upset because for one they call me the day before to confirm my appointment and I confirmed and second if they knew they were behind why didn't they call me in advance so I didn't have to waste my time driving there for nothing. This was supposed to be my trial before my wedding and now they lost 2 new customers because my mom was coming as a new customer as well. This was a horrible way to treat a brand new client. Need to have better communication and customer service. You guys want to charge 50% if cancellation is made on the day of, but there is no problem when you turn your client around because the tech is running behind. Very disappointed.
First time going here and it was amazing. Very friendly employees and very easy to check in. My lash stylist was Brenda H. very sweet, patient and took her time to make sure my lashes were amazing. I got the full gorgeous set size 15. Loved how they explained the differences of the lash styles and length. I also purchased the maintain the look kit. So happy with my service. So I decided to try this place out for my very first lash experience with a professional. The place was lovely and very clean and Customer service was pleasant. I really liked the girl who did my lashes. She was super sweet, nice and she was very talkative, I loved that about her. She made me feel very comfortable. I rate her a 5 star. The reason, I’m rating this a 2 star, I paid a good amount of money for beautiful lashes, Which only lasted a few days ud83dude2d I had so many fall outs, I understand a few here and there will fall out but it was a lot. I did everything on taking care of them. I’m super sad cause my lashes didn’t even last a week, 5 days to be exact. Over 60% of my extensions are gone. I’m guessing the quality is not the best. ud83dude1e
I was left a message that I had 2 credits, i used one. I called today and spoke to operator at that location I believe her name was liliana , and was told that no credit was available. It wasn’t til i told her I saved voicemail that she said ok. Smh just look elsewhere for lashes.too much trouble here.
