I've been a member for well over a decade and went to several different locations but after finding Michael many years ago, I've refused to see anyone else. I'd like to give a one star review so no one else finds out how good he is though.

The therapist was Great!nThe prices are Ridiculous!!
The place has been closed down due to the virus. I have 2 massages that I couldn’t use due to the fact that they were closed. But kept charging me. It’s unfortunate that I lost my job due to the epidemic! But when they opened up! I called to schedule an appointment to use the 2 massages that I have paid for. But the therapist who I was talking to was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to her manager. She cane on the phone with the same attitude. Her name was Nireah. She was very rude and disrespectful and refused to help me. She even laughed at my predicament of me loosing my job and not being able to make ONE payment.nSo because I lost my job and thought it more serious to feed my children and keep a roof over our head rather than make a payment they suspended my account and I can’t use my 2 massage unless I activate it and pay the payment I’m behind. Well I think feeding my kids and keeping the bills paid and a roof over there head is more important than paying a massage.nThe staff there really need some sensitivity training to learn how to deal with customers in this tine
I love going to Massage Envy. I have a membership with the Pasadena location. You receive services at a discounted rate. I go regularly once a month and Micheal is my massage therapist. He does a fabulous job. He focuses on my problem areas. I like to finish with biofreeze to help soothe my muscles after my treatment.
