We came for a couple's massage for our anniversary and it was incredible! Tristan at the front desk is super outgoing, friendly and helpful and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions beforehand. I had Jared as my therapist and he was absolutely amazing. He really gave me a personalized massage based on my needs. He was super friendly and professional as well. He really helped me feel comfortable and relaxed and I would definitely come back and ask for him. We loved it so much we signed up for the membership too. I can't wait to come back for my next massage!

I decided to take my husband for a massage for his birthday and I of course had to take advantage also.nWe loved the weekend availability and hours! We have driven by this location many many times and we regret not stopping sooner! My husbands masseuse was Victoria, she was great! He had an added elevation of dynamic cupping and she did an amazing job he had no complaints.nnMy masseuse was Charles, he was great and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely return next month. Thank you Victoria and Charles!

First off I pre-paid in cash for services. And they make you use those services in three months regardless of there being a pandemic. Then in order to reinstate it they want you to pay two or $300 more. They don’t tell you that you have to use them in three months they put it in print on a tablet. When you are signing up services and they are explaining the different programs or subscriptions whatever they call it they should explain this to you and they don’t. So that they can keep your money. Your time starts when you walk in for your appointment not the massage. I had to leave to go out of town to help take care of someone who is super sick from Covid yet I lose my three hours. They are not communicating it with you very well at all. And then to ask for more money to reinstate it. That’s a scam. If someone pays cash for a service they should not be limited to three months to use it. I will no longer go to this location ever again The first lady that did my massage was named Gloria she talked the entire time. The next time I went I forget her name she was a short Asian lady And she hurt me when she rubbed me and I did not ask for deep tissue it was supposed to be regular. I thought the massage therapist were supposed to be quiet and just massage you and let you relax but apparently they don’t.

I love the Fairmont Parkway location. The rooms are clean and plenty of space so you don't feel like you're cramped up in the room with the therapist. Laura is an awesome therapist.

The personnel there at the Fairway location need to have service training!! They are rude and even engage in eating food while customers are in the waiting area!! Thats far from the atmosphere I want when I'm looking for mental, and physical care!!nBut for Robert my therapist I would find another company to handle my needs!!
