The service and prices here are the best in the valley. My experience here was wonderful. I walked into the store and was greeted by a super friendly manager. She was very informative and quickly took care of all the clothes I needed to drop off. The turnaround was quick and the clothes smelled great afterwards. Will definitely return for future cleanings.
I took in my daughter's wedding dress, they did a wonderful job! Got out the makeup on the neckline and dirt on the train. I think it's cleaner than when she wore it!
I have been doing my dry cleaning needs there for over 5 years and never had a complaint until today!! I’m not sure if it is under new ownership but whoever that lady is the one that took my order needs a lot to learn about customer service. Very rude and every time she touched one of my clothes she cleaned her hands with sanitizer, nothing wrong with that but at least don’t do it in front of your customers.. also I never knew that they have 2 different prices; pay now and it’s less, paid when you pick it up and it would be more..I’m sorry but that’s shady business and like I said I have been going there for the last 5 years and now you tell me this.. work on your customer service and you won’t loose customers like you lost me today...
They do a great job with our clothes. But more than that... I had the closing time wrong and showed up to get my husband's suit for an important event. (The only one he owns.) I was able to reach their other location which was still open. One of the employees actually drove across town after hours to get it for me! Amazing customer service!! I'm so grateful. Won't go anywhere else.
They’re always friendly and my clothes come back looking awesome! Love this place!
