We had the best experience with Utah Pros! We’re prepping to put our house on the market, so we needed a company that would deliver quality with a good price. Moroni worked on our carpets and was so thorough with options and honesty when it came to the pricing and services that would cater to the problematic areas. They were far better priced than other places I’ve used in the past and so quick with their replies. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and did it with a smile! I’ll definitely be using them again the next time we’re in Utah!

These guys are awesome, Moroni is very responsive and professional. He’s got amazing customer service. I was charged an extra $25 due to difficulty setting up, but that’s fine. Although, during my conversations with Moroni I was told that they would move my couches, and table and get under them, and get under my bed. Neither of those were done, so I’m a bit disappointed with that as I was told that would be able to be done. My carpets are still wet though, and it’s been 20 hours since they’ve been done so I can’t have my daughter crawling around on the floor which has been difficult. But outside of that, the service is great and affordable. You can definitely see a difference!

Loved the service we got! Very thorough and carpet looked awesome! They were very affordable and did a great job! I especially liked that the carpet was still soft after the cleaning (and didn’t have that crunchy feel that sometimes happens with other companies!)

Fantastic job cleaning our carpets! Very quick to respond and answer our questions. No hidden fees. Very kind and considerate - wore shoe covers after cleaning to make sure they didn't ruin anything. 10/10

Moroni and his crew came to our house and did a phenomenal job! We hadn’t had our carpets cleaned professionally in a few years and we are extremely happy with how good of a job they did. They were on time, friendly, clean, and just did a great job all around. We will definitely be calling them back to do our other rooms as well as basement. I will also refer them to everyone I know.
