Boss was very accommodating--from the estimate through the whole job. They cleaned a large tile area and common room, along with several apartments. Their customer service was excellent and they were very accommodating as they worked around the tenants. I would have preferred some sort of confirmation after the technician completed our estimate, but otherwise it was a very smooth and painless process. Will definitely be looking to use them again.
We had Alberto Machado come from Boss to do two floors of carpets.
He was very nice, let us explain what we wanted done, was professional

From the beginning to the end we were impressed with these guys.
They took my calls even on the weekend. Came to see the job on Monday and got me on schedule as soon as I was ready.

Boss Systems were able to come right away when I called. We had some pet urine problems in one room, and they did a very thorough job cleaning it with a pet treatment solution. The service person was very professional, and the cost was very reasonable. Everything you want in a carpet cleaning service!
