We contacted Maddox Plumbing Services because we have hired them a number of times before, and were are always pleased with their service. The plumber called the next day to say he would be able to come and with exact time. I was very impressed with the service, the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I could tell Mike was a master technician by how he explained what's happening at this moment and why the issue occurred as well as issues related to the problem. I paid $200 for a service call to repair a leak in the crawl space under my house. The technician said it was too wet and put some lime down to dry it out. Multiple attempts to contact the technician to schedule a repair time were unsuccessful. After a week I ended up cancelling the order and called another plumber. No work was done by Maddox.
Maddox Plumbing Services are always so helpful and always do such a great job. Today we had a gas line installed and as always they were right on time, prepared, patient, and very helpful. I recommend Maddox Plumbing Services to everyone I know. Sometimes they may cost a little more than other places but they are available 24 hours and can come the same day. Also their work is warranties for 1 year.
Appointment was extremely easy to book through e-mail . They were able to fit me in pretty soon , extremely professional and did a fantastic job in removing my old toilet and installing a brand new high-efficiency toilet. They provide a two-year warranty on toilets purchased and installed by them which is very helpful. Would highly recommend Maddox Plumbing Services to anyone!
