My son had an accident in our car a few weeks ago my husband and I both cleaned it but the smell kept coming back. So finally we decided to have it professionally done. We called 713 Steam after reading their reviews. I must say they exceeded our expectations the customer service was amazing and they got rid of the smell. It has been a week now since we received service and our car still smells amazing. Thanks 713 Steam.
Today, $150 for a platinum detail on my 2016 Dodge Charger..okay, no problem! The problem was that I didn't get platinum service...I recieved a basic car wash! My windows were not cleaned and I still have sap on the hood of my car, my license plates are dirty and the cracks and crevices of my car is filthy. My console and dashboards and things are still left with particles and debris! And I am highly upset and disappointed that I received this type of mediocre service! I feel like I just gave my money away for free!!! I'm still left with a dirty carud83dude21
