I went with the package deal and was able to use Deluxe Carpet Cleaning multiple times. I was always happy with the service. They were very thorough and professional and took great pride in their work every time. I have zero complaints about the work they did. I'm giving them five stars because I believe that anyone that uses them would be happy with the thoroughness of their work, but they are pricier than others if you do the math of paying for the package plus the service fee for each cleaning and each cleaning needs to be used within about 6 months, so make sure that you're OK with that when you sign up.
We were happy to discover that Deluxe Carpet is under new ownership. WOW! What a difference! Paul was absolutely amazing! This was positively the most thorough carpet cleaning we have ever had! Paul has raised the bar in professional carpet cleaning. Thank you Deluxe Carpet for having such amazing people on your team!
I 100% recommend these guys for all carpet and rug cleaning needs you have! I’ve used them twice now and have been very pleased on how it turns out! It also leaves your home smelling very clean and pretty! Very personable and easy to talk to as well.
Would recommend this company 100%! Paul came out and spent so much extra time making sure each room was perfect. With 4 kids our carpets can get pretty dirty and now they look brand new! By far the best carpet cleaning company we have used and the best price so far.
Paul, cleaned carpets on several levels and stairs. Removed stains and treated carpet. Cleaned our air ducts. All done with great quality. Very satisfied. Nice hard working young man who was very personable and explained everything he was doing. We would recommend and we would book his service again and request Paul specifically.
