Worst case ever.You guys should close your store.Hire someone else who is trained.nWhen you call them about bad experience they hangup on you.Not recommended for anyone.
My experience: Consistently pretty good. As other reviewers have noted, there seems to be pretty high turnover of stylists which makes you wonder about management.
The stylists here are awesomely awesome! They are all consistent in their cuts. I would recommend signing in online to cut your wait time if you go during peak hours.
I have walked in the store with a very high expectations and with some frustration from other places that I previously have had a haircut. I normally wear a Pixie kind of punk hairstyle. It’s not an easy assignment since they didn’t know me. I asked for a experienced person in that kind of haircut. They passed me with Letriel, a young lady that not even do how I expected, but beyond... Letriel, I thank you so much for taking such a good care of my requests and giving me back the appearance that I wanted... It’s been a very long time since I felt so good and inspired to go back for my next haircut. I will see you in the next 2 weeks... Absolutely will come back again, only because of her! ✨ud83dudcab
I've been coming to this Great Clips for many years now. The convenience of being able to check in online keeps me coming back.nI've never had a bad haircut here, but the staff changes quite a bit, so you might have to take a chance every now and then if you want to get out asap, or wait for a stylist who has already given you a good haircut in the past.
