Real nice and the owner is always there to help
Kim is absolutely wonderful. She does quality work, and is very friendly and personable. Falcon Nails never disappoints!
Best place in Bellaire. Kim and Tom are very good and friendly. I always get my mani/pedi from them.
Had a shellac done today. The lady that “greeted” me was rude. I told her I wanted the same color that I currently had on my nails. She rudely told me to find the color myself in their colors.nThere was no one else in the nail salon getting anything done, which I found a bit odd.nI proceeded to get my shellac color change. A few of my nails feel sandy, he only put two light coats of the bright pink shellac; you can still see my nailbed! He also left nail polish on the skin around my nails and underneath on my skin. I asked him to please remove it with acetone and he told me after I wash my hands twice, it will go away. I could have done a better job at home! I will NEVER go back. Very unfortunate. It is very close to my house. I will gladly continue to pay rice village prices or do them myself.
Best nail shop ever. You never have to wait to get serviced. They treat you kind, acknowledge what you want, very quick service. I always leave happy. I highly would recommend this nail shop. They also remember you that's good in my opinion shows you that you matter as a customer and that you are not just a dollar as some business treat you.
