I don’t normally right a review. But I called on a Thursday morning, they stated they could put me down in the afternoon. Around 6pm I called to see if they were still coming, they had a few other appointments ahead of me, which I understood, but I had to be somewhere by 7:30 so I rescheduled and they said they would put me down for Friday afternoon. Friday came around, I waited all afternoon and evening and no one came and no one called. Maybe they lost me in there scheduling? But I will just go with someone else.
Bob came to our rescue the very day that our water heater broke. He stayed late and has even come back to make sure that the job is done and is done right. He is very nice and I would trust him with my future repairs or maintenance. He is very trustworthy. The price for the work is very reasonable!
Came out and unplugged the pipe between the 2 septic tanks that was noted during routine septic pumping.nnVery quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommended
Always super responsive when I need him. Does great work. Doesn't leave until it's done right.
Bob came out to our house the same day I called after seeing a leak in the bathroom. He was great at texting me updates and very kind and professional while on site. I trust his expertise and recommendations for resolving our leak.
