There are many things in love from this place.
First, they're opened 24/7/365.
Despite the pandemic, it's not that crowded so you feel safe inside.
They have washing machines for standard loads, large loads, massive loads and GIGANTIC loads, which are perfect for all those king size blankets so large they don't fit in your own washing machine.
They have washing machines and dryers by the dozen (literally) so you will always find something that fits your needs.
Those coin exchange machines appear to be virtually endless. You could feed it with a $100.00 bill and it will come back at you like "is that all you got?".
The pricing is absurd but more importantly their customer care is non existent. Their listed phone number on google is disconnected and their number posted on the door has no voicemail option and rings endlessly. You can imagine my frustration when their change machine shorts me 10 whole dollars and it’s $2.25 a load... to wash! I still have to dry them all. After a questionable first time this is my second time here and it’ll be my last.
The place very big they have people watching security cameras.
Loved the size of the washers, dryers really seemed to take forever to dry, would have been nice to have access to the bathroom and have an employee on site.
The washers and dryers are reasonably priced. The washers could use a clean out where you put in the detergent. Every time we've been here someone is mopping the floors but the place still looks a bit grungy.
