I love this store. I love Harbor Freight. I love love love the Harbor Freight App. Download this app and let them scan the coupons from your smart phone. I can't believe the amount of people that do not know about this app and that they can scan it on your phone. I save at least 25 percent each visit.nnFriendly associates. They are having issues getting certain merchandise on a consistent basis, and I was told they've decided to stop their 20 percent off first item coupon. If they consistently cant get products, have less selection than the competition on what they do have, and now aren't any cheaper; there's not much draw to shop here anymore. Maybe the company will work some of that out, time will tell. Im not through, I'm just questioning their business model moving forward.
Excellent selection for a great price. There are some things that it's worth spending a little more, elsewhere, but for the basics, it can't be beat. More front end help would benefit the long lines that sometimes occur, but overall it's a well run store.
