Nicole Hey is very professional and worked very diligently to help us to find and purchase our family home. We had very specific needs for the property and our budget and we found the perfect home after a few disappointments with other properties in which we were interested. Nicole also worked with the seller's agent and our mortgage company on combing through all the fine details and getting us the best deal. Nicole has been there for us from start to finish and she now feels like part of the family. We have been in our new country home which sits on a beautiful 1-acre lot with plenty of room for the family, the pets and our 2 horses and a pony for about 4 months now and Nicole still checks in on us from time to time. DO NOT LEASE ANY PROPERTIES FROM HER!!nWe moved to League City in November 2019, we searched for a property and signed a lease a month prior to moving! Her MLS listing was false - if we knew half of what we knew we would have never signed! This resulted in us moving less than a month being in the property (During Christmas with 4 children - Including Infant twins) She was the Broker on the transaction and was fully aware of some of the issues prior to us moving, once we moved in everything went wrong at the property with NO HELP FROM anyone. Luckily even renters are protected under the law! I would NEVER Recommend this agent!

This woman is strong and determined. She has my vote for Realtor of the Year. She stuck with my on this long journey and we made it through. Now we are in our new permanent home.

Phyllis Foster is a the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. Her 25+ years of real estate business shows when she is working with you. She also brings along her experience in the residential and commercial real estate. All of this combined definitely makes her the top agent in the area. I would recommend her to everyone!
