Fred Lewis at Prince Properties was the best realtor that I could have hope for in looking for a new home! He was always available for questions and communication, had flexible hours to fit my schedule, and was patient through all phases of the home buying process. Fred still checks in on me, even after closing, as I get ready to movie into my new home. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home in the Houston area.

We just bought our 1st house and it was an amazing experience.nA lot of emotional ups and down but Ruth Ann was there every step of the way. She even sat down with me a couple of hours to go over all the complicated terms and details of the contract.nWe saw a couple of houses and she was completely honest with us, telling if it was a good deal or not. At the end of the day she wants us to be happy and satisfied. She has been in the business for years and you can tell.nI recommend Ruth Ann and her whole team without hesitation.
