I had a whole house re-pipe. Sergio and Albert did a fantastic job. Sergio was really careful when he had to cut the sheetrock. He cut a minimum amount of holes. Far less than I would have expected. All the work was done to code. They were great about cleaning up at the end of each day. Very happy I chose Epic for this service.
Haven’t hired them to do the job yet but dang William is amazing. So friendly, professional, and caring. He gave me so many options when another plumber just said “can’t do it” and left. Their answering text service is also super convenient and whoever I was chatting with was awesome.
Epic plumbing did several repairs for us... They were professional, timely, very responsive and timely! Shelby was amazing to work with. It is refreshing to see a company that still functions in such a spectacular manner. We will definitely use Epic again should the need arise!
Very grateful to Epic for attending our need to replace gas regulator and check our propane tank lines. Specially Heather by keeping me informed on availability of the required technician. Shelby the professional plumber that took care us was equally professional and honest about what needed to be done. Will definetly use them again.
Appointment was easy to schedule. Technician was on time, courteous, and fixed everything in a couple of hours. I am not sure how the price compares because I have never used a plumber before, but overall happy with the service.
