Never even contacted me!!!! Not good
A rusted out, leaking water heater in our attic was reason enough to replace them both with a new tank-less system. From removing the mess of old water heaters, helping us make an educated decision on our replacements, a tidy, efficient install and annual maintenance, the FannCo team is excellent all the way around.nnI have used other plumbers in the past but found THE plumber when I found FannCo. I have found Carl's pricing and advice to be honest and fair. Additionally, I have used their services for my business and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and clients.
We had a major underground leak in our yard. I had other estimates that were very expensive. They were very reasonable and had it fixed in one day. They were professional and very honest. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
Excellent work. We had one plumber who had told us that we needed to break a hole in the foundation to repair a stoppage. I asked Carl for a second opinion and he fixed the problem in less than two hours, without any foundation work, and at a fraction of the price!
