Solar Nail Spa 2

I DO NOT recommend coming to them for nails because they will turn out bad. I went in to get my nails done for prom. Of course I went in with a reference to show them the kinda what I wanted but I was going to change the color and shape some. I kept saying that it was rounding off on one side and that it needed to be file on the other side to even it out. He didn’t even do that he filed on the side that was rounded. When he later the first layer of acrylic down and filed it he didn’t even turn my hand over to check the underneath side of them for acrylic. Then for the color I was expecting acrylic powder for that too but it was gel polish which was not told to me. When he finished they were all different shapes and sizes. At that point I was tired of trying to tell him to fix it because every time I told him to fix something he seemed like he didn’t even want to do it. Then I got to the car it was worse than I thought they were so I went back in and asked him to fix it because it was not what I asked for he said it was but the shape was a coffin and I was wanting square but he didn’t even ask so. And before he cut the tips I said I work with my hands a lot so they need to be short he told me he would file them shorter I said ok that’s fine. But when I went in I told them that the shape was wrong and they proceeded to tell that it’s the shape I asked for when the shape never came out of my mouth. So I made him cut them shorter so they would be the shape I wanted and then he filed a little bit and tips of them are not even straight across. While he was doing that he was talking in his native language to the lady doing someone else’s nails about me and then she said that it was the shape I asked for when she wasn’t even paying attention to me so how would she hear what I said. I wasn’t even taking loud enough for her to hear me either. I then asked if it was the same price he said yes at first because that is what I asked for them I said that’s not fair to me so the only amount he could give back was $10 which is still not fair but I was tired of dealing with them.

I went in for nexgen nails and got Tony. He was very kind and professional. He was a perfectionist and did a great job! He made sure everything was what I wanted, the shape, length and color. My nails turned out beautiful and I'll definitely be going back.

Terrible customer service. Don't reccomend

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Upon arrival my sister who has short nails, the lady was very rude and unprofessional. Another friend who was with us got her nails done by the same lady who greeted my sister and they’re awful. I will not be returning here after the disrespect we experienced. 10/10 do not recommend.nTERRIBLE SERVICE.nJust to add to it, my friend had to go to a different salon to get her nails taken off and redone.

The customer service was get. The tech did a wonderful job on my nails. I will be coming back.
