We travel a lot and so far we've never eaten at a bad Jersey Mike's... never. They're always clean and friendly. We do normally tip the staff because I need their gluten free bread and they never fail to clean everything from the meat slicer to the counters and change their gloves.nAnd they still smile!!

I've never been to a Jersey Mike's that didn't impress me. My wife has Celiac.... she's gluten intolerant. Finding decent gluten free bread is tough to find. They have it...and my wife loves it.nnHere's where Jersey Mike's goes waaaayyyyy above and beyond. They take apart and wash the meat slicers and all the counters to prevent cross contamination. They can't make a lot of money doing that....but they do.

I'll start with saying that I love Jersey Mike's and that's why they get 4 stars. However, the consistency in quality that you get from one store to the next varies greatly. I always order the same Chicken Philly sandwich from every store that I visit. I add lettuce, tomatoes and ask that they cut it in half. Most of the time, it comes out correct. But then there are sometimes when it's just a mess and even though it's right, it's put together so poorly that it's hard if not impossible to eat. Today was one of those days. I ordered online and picked up my sandwich. Upon opening it, the lettuce and tomato were neatly stacked in the bread while the contents of the Philly were all over the place. The melted cheese was all stuck to the paper so there was none on the sandwich and the chicken was all over the paper as well and hardly any on the sandwich. I don't think it's too much to ask that if you order a hot sandwich with a couple of toppings on it that it shouldn't be so hard to hit the mark and get everything in between the 2 pieces of bread. Perhaps it was a bad day or just someone not fully paying attention, but either way, in my mind, it's pretty unacceptable. I'll add this store as one of the locations I will likely frequent less often as this isn't the first time that this has happened.

DELICIOUS subs! This was my very first time actually trying them out,although I pick up ubereats orders from here,never had it myself. I got the turkey on white bread with pickles,mayo,lettuce,and bacon and got bbq chips on the sideud83dude0bud83dude0b. Loaded with meat BUT take note this is NOT subway so expect to pay more,but you get what you pay for so just try it out!
