Always a long line. Food not prepared as well as other locations

I first experienced this establishment in Shreveport, La. I was happy to find this location. I love the chicken but mostly I really love the lemonade.
First of all, my family really loves Cane's. We've never had a bad experience until we went to this location. This Cane's is very poorly located and the parking lot is very small. So getting in and out of the parking lot is dangerous. When it's busy, cars line up along the road and you can't see when you're trying to leave.nThen, we had to wait for over 15 minutes while the staff did a shift change. The employees had to wait at the door while the first shift completed their work. The employees were standing there and cussing loudly. When I mentioned it to a manager who was letting us know why we were having to sit there and wait, he was very dismissive. We would have left and gone somewhere else but we were trapped in the line and had no choice but to wait. When they did finally take our order, they lost our order and couldn't figure out who's order belonged to who.nHands down the worst service I've gotten from a Cane's location. I won't go back to this location ever again. Awful!
