Cluckin' good!
I had ordered a box combo with extra canes sauce and they forgot the canes sauce. I called and they replaced my meal immediately. Great customer service their manager Kim Well was kind, courteous, and helpful. I love this store location!
A little disappointed the fact that my chicken is small. It used to be big, now it’s like super little. Not as big like it used to be. The last two times was super disappointing. My sweet tea isn’t sweet either, it was literally regular tea with a splash of sweet tea in it. Please, bring back those juicy plump looking chickens!! I don’t care if you need steroids chicken I want them like it used to be!! Come on I paid 2 caniac combos for those.
Good food; however, very SLOW service. Inside is closed, drive through is your only option. They need to adapt a better drive thru policy to speed up the process. Also, they need an app, they have no ordering app. They need to get with the times. Like I said their food is good, but not worth wait. I'll go across the street to chick fil a.
Love the caniac !!! Always good flavored chicken, never have had to wait a long time for my order, staff always professional and accommodating. Thank you raising canes!!! 10 star rating fun me!
