They made a wrap tray for me. Did it in 10 minutes, since I was there early for pick up. Everyone enjoyed the wraps. Great service and food.

I work at the ATT next door and i love coming here for my lunch. I order online and its always ready earlier than estimated time and the girls are super friendly. Food is always great and cost is inexpensive. Love it.

Very poor management! Not fair to employees or customers! Ordered online. It was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait 30 minutes before it was. When we got home there were no meatballs in the meatball sub and no bacon in the chicken/bacon melt. went back to the store (where there was only one employee, and she was not fully trained, and didn't even have someone there to answer any questions she might have) and asked the poor girl working there if there was a way we could get a refund because or order was misinterpreted. She was by herself and was not sure how to handle the situation. I asked if we could speak with the manager. she called her manager (named Cindy) and her manager said no refunds and hung up on her without any explanation. This location is very poorly managed. This is not fair to the employee who was working by herself, and it is not fair to the customers. We were given no compensation for the ruined order. We ended up ordering at another location which DID have our order ready when we arrived. will not be going back to this place again until the management is corrected!

For what is going on now to start with too many people in this location yesterday late afternoon. I was a nervous reck. On top of this the girl burned my bread and wanted to serve me the sandwich like that anyway. I had to ask her to remake my sandwich. My boyfriend's two sandwiches were spot on and she was worried about getting his correct and I didn't matter. So I had to have it transferred to another bread and couldn't have it toasted. As, his were ready and I didn't want his to get cold. think she would have just offered me my drink on the house or a discount for me not being able to have what I originally ordered. Very disappointed.
